Exchanges can be made only if the hygiene labelling has not been removed within 7 days of the purchase date. Swing tags must be on swimwear and placed into your care silk bag when sending back.
Items must not be worn prior to returning.
Sorry, we do not offer refunds please be mindful when shopping.
If the item is faulty please send this back to us and we can happily exchange this for you. We do not provide postal bags. If the new item value exceeds the original order a refund will be submitted and a re purchase will need to be made.
We do not REFUND swimwear.
